At Nura Bodycare, we are committed to delivering your bodycare products safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for important information about processing times, shipping methods, and delivery.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time. International shipping is not available, but we are working to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed, and another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at an additional cost
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Available at an additional cost

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount during promotional periods.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

5. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your products arrive safely. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and selected shipping method.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.

For damaged items, please save all packaging materials and take photos of the damage, as this may be required for filing a claim with the carrier.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

10. Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered the shipping process.

11. Customs and Duties

Currently, we only ship within the United States, so customs and duties do not apply. If we expand to international shipping in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

12. Holiday Shipping

During major holidays and peak shopping seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website and social media channels.
