Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:

    1. The item has not been opened or used.

    2. The item was received damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • Any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days from the date of delivery.

  • After 15 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@nurabodycare.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence if the item arrived damaged.

  3. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Customized or special-order items
